Matthew 11:28-30 READER: Yeshua bids us to come and be renewed by the power of His life and spirit; He says, "Come to me all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. CONGREGATION: Therefore we set aside these elements from all common use for this special use in the name of Yeshua the Messiah. We come to him to find rest and to learn from him. I Corinthians 11:23-26 READER: For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Yeshua on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." CONGREGATION: In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "'This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." UNISON: For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes. |
