BLESSINGS WITH REGARDS to the FRINGES

Numbers 15:37-41

Adonai spoke to Moses saying: Speak to the children of Israel, and instruct them to make for themselves fringes on the corners of their garments throughout their generations; let them attach a cord of blue to the fringe at each corner. And it shall be unto you for a fringe, look at it and recall all the commandments of the Lord and observe them, so that you do not follow your heart and eyes in your lustful urge. Thus you shall be reminded to observe all My commandments and to be holy to your God. I,  Adonai, am your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God: I,  Adonai your God.

READER: Blessed are you, O Lord who has given us the command to wear a blue cord. In ancient times, only the class of royalty was permitted to wear fringes on the hems of their garments. You have made your people a royal priesthood, a chosen nation. The fringe is to remind us of our calling. Blessed are you, O Lord, the God and father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

In ancient tunes our people, as a royal priesthood, were commanded to wear a fringe of blue to remind them of all your commandments. By faith we establish the Law and through your Spirit we are moved to obey your statutes, ordinances and judgments. We are clothed upon with righteousness of Messiah Yeshua. He provides us with the garment that makes us fit for the wedding feast. Blessed are you, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, in the name of Yeshua the Messiah.
